Happy breezy, brisk October 16! I’m in the Halloween spirit with craft supplies en route to make bats we hang from the ceiling. Just call me a Pinterest mom ok???

1. Just took a gals trip to Scottsdale and Sedona last weekend and honestly, I need to get back there. Did I think about retiring there someday? Yep sure did. Absolute MUST do in Scottsdale is go to this head spa and ask for Mel Rose. LOOK how clean my scalp got from pic one to two. WUT!

2. My girl started climbing class at Climb Iowa and it’s reason 62748 I love being a mom: watching your kids have fun and be brave.

3. Film pics came back from this camera. I love love love film. Just got a black and white roll I’ve been working my way through! Once I figured out how to install and remove the film (the learning curve was steep for me), it’s been a fun, lightweight edition to my life.

4. I finished Atmosphere last week and you guyssssss, read it. Please. It is beautiful beautiful beautiful.

5. We’re heading to Vegas on a work trip this week so I stocked up on a few travel snack essentials like these new to me face wipes (elite), these meat sticks, these bars, this colostrum (will it pass TSA??), and my current favorite hydration sticks.

It’s a lower-key weekend. I have purging & home organizing plans, board prep, and hopefully some more spontaneous activities on the horizon. Have a beautiful weekend!!!
