Friday Fives, 3.27.2026

It’s Friday and I’m becoming hyper aware that tomorrow I am two months away from HYROX in NYC. Excited and terrified. Anyway, here’s what’s been shakin’ the last couple weeks.

1. We’re over a week out from visiting Mexico City and it’s one of those places I genuinely loved, specifically the neighborhood we stayed in. It was absolutely chaotic with kids, but I’ll forever cherish the memories we made as a fam. HMU if I can ever be helpful in sharing a few recs.

2. Restocked my absolute favorite line of skincare products.

3. My friend hosted a birthday party at Your Private Bar last weekend and we had three hours of dancing. I refell in love with Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield. Also peep the new nails, I really am digging getting artistic in this area of my life since my entire identity are these joggers.

4. Drake University announced last week that I received the Young Alumni of the Year Award! Any, who runs alumni programming, reached out to me several months ago asking if I could give feedback on their Everclass program for alumni to guest speak. I remember thinking it was kind of random he was asking me but I was a guest a couple years back so I figured he thought my feedback would be applicable.

I get on the Zoom call and all of my favorite professors were on, another classmate and my college roomie & friend. I instantly thought “oh no what did I do” (I know, probably need to get therapy for that). And Andy proceeded to share I won the award and they went around and shared why they nominated me and you guys, I highly recommend surprising people on Zoom. I’ll never forget that. 🥹

5. We’re launching a new product at Hummingbirds this summer we’ve been quietly building for months and months (mentally, the last two years) and just officially signed the contract for a huge product release party in NYC. I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am to do something so innovative for the creator economy, for consumers, and for CPG brands. When I say it’s good, I am not exaggerating.
