Friday Fives, 7.18.2025

Just got back from a few days in Vegas and thankfully have a low key weekend ahead before travels commence. Hoping to mulch, get the weeds under control, hit up Adventureland, binge watch The Righteous Gemstones, make more of my fav coffee and chill. 

1. Ok parents out there, I need parenting advice. Have you bought a Beddy?! Penelope’s move the last few months is to wake up because all of her bedding falls off and she wants help getting it back on. I’ve tried teaching her how to do it but when she’s tired she just wants help. 

2. We’ve done some super fun things at Hummingbirds like open Charleston, launch The Nest (sharing my fav finds in stores and beyond), brought on some incredibly cool brands, and I’m getting ready to be on a creator economy panel with Marketing Brew in NYC next week!!!! The momentum simply can’t stop won’t stop and it’s so fun to be on a rocket ship with people I love working with. 

3. I’m obsessed with this little part of my very tiny living room. I’m going to work with Alt Design to complete it but when Article did a holiday sale, I snagged these cute chairs. Brave and idiotic to buy this color with cats and kids, but I stand by my decision. 🤣

4. My friend let me try her Free People tank and I was obsessed and grabbed a couple last week. I could only find it on Stitch Fix?! I’ll be living in these the rest of summer. And likely buying more. 

5. Been making this smoothie regularly: Almond Malk, spinach, frozen blueberries, half a banana, vanilla Kachava, Vital Proteins collagen, and One Trick Pony peanut butter (always stock up via online orders, it is superior and the new packaging is so good).
