I’ve had about sixteen moments of, “is it seriously July?" How?” Summer is flying by and it’s easily been one of my favorites.

1. In June, I committed to nightly magnesium and one of my friend’s recommended (and gifted me) this one and idk what to say other than it’s one of my favorite unwind beverages and you should 1000% try it.

2. Your girl finished another fiction book. 😭 I totally get the Emily Henry hype. This is what I just wrapped.

3. I’m doing a major purging this July as part of my Next Thirty Days challenge to myself. We have way too much stuff and stuff is mentally so draining to me. I’m working on building a new relationship with stuff because I don’t want it to drain me but I’m also ready to remove more items from our space.

As part of that, I’ve been re-inspired to decorate our home and grabbed these chairs from Article and new curtains from Anthro. Got some art / photos hung up as well I’ve been meaning to for awhile… I’ll post an after photo once I get it together (assuming we love and keep the chairs of course).

4. I spent the last few of days of June in NYC and get to head back again in a couple weeks and it’s undeniable, I just love that city. There are a few WOW, I’d do that again anyday I wanted to share. Making custom perfume at Olfactory, dinner at Sip & Guzzle and Buddakan, lunch at Ume, Tea Around Town, and walking everywhere. Got some big plans for the upcoming trip and can’t wait to share more. ⭐️

5. Ok I kind of love this idea for our living room. I would probably opt to DIY using Canva so I can choose my own fonts & colors. Also, has anyone gotten their own frame and put their own mat in it? In theory it sounds “fun” but so many home/DIY projects sound fun in my mind. 😵‍💫

Off to a morning dance class with a few friends downtown, hopefully a bike ride with the fam, and dinner at Flying Mango for my dad’s birthday.
