This week was… incredibly emotional. Lots of big feelings energy all around me I got to experience. Lots of misunderstandings and “could have done this better” moments. Glad to have a weekend in front of me.
1. Well, I’m back on my sourdough kick — had a few weeks without travel and figured it was time to get my starter out of the fridge and get ‘er fed. I’ve been craving bread and sourdough cinnamon rolls. Who do I get to bake for? 😁
2. Last weekend I started a Substack. Here’s what it’s all about.
3. I had such a great time at Pause a couple weeks ago I’m trying to convince anyone who hangs out with me to join me for contrast therapy. Or a long walk.
4. I cannot cannot put this book down. I think I am officially in my fiction era. I love it here.
5. Officially locked in a few trips in June: NYC, Great Smoky Mountains and Chicago in the next few weeks. I anticipate a good amount of hiking in my future, this experience in NYC, a phenomenal night seeing Kendrick Lamar, some contrast therapy, lots of quality time with some of my absolute favorite humans.
Enjoy a beautiful weekend, I hope something beautiful happens to you.
